Program Cancellation by AGS

Participant Withdrawal
Participants may withdraw from programs with written notice. Refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances:
- More than 60 days before program: Full refund of payments made
- 30-60 days before program: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before program: No refund
- Emergency circumstances: Case-by-case consideration
Enforcement and Violations
AGS reserves the right to investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action, including:
- Warning participants about inappropriate behavior
- Removing participants from programs immediately
- Banning individuals from future AGS activities
- Reporting serious violations to relevant authorities
- Taking legal action when necessary
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana and applicable international conventions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or AGS programs shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation between the parties
